Do you sell used appliances online?
Yes. You can browse our current appliance inventory online. Because many used appliances are one-of-one, inventory changes frequently and items may sell quickly.
Does your inventory change often?
Yes. Used appliance inventory changes regularly and many items are one-of-one. If you see something you like, we recommend purchasing it online or contacting us to confirm availability before making a special trip.
Are the appliances tested before they're sold?
Yes. Our used appliances go through an inspection and testing process before they're offered for sale.
Because these are pre-owned appliances, cosmetic condition can vary from one appliance to another.
Will my appliance have scratches or dents?
It may.
We encourage customers to review the appliance's photos and condition before purchasing.
Can I call to check if an appliance is still available?
Absolutely. Since inventory can sell quickly, calling before making a special trip is always a good idea.

Delivery & Pickup
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Local delivery options are available on many purchases. Delivery pricing depends on location, appliance type, and the services selected during checkout.
Can I pick up my appliance?
Yes. Customer pickup is available at no charge. Please make sure you have an appropriate vehicle and a safe way to transport your appliance.
Refrigerators, freezers, washers, and laundry centers must be transported upright. Transporting one of these appliances on its side or back will void the used-appliance exchange warranty.
Do you offer appliance installation?
Installation options are available for many non-built-in appliances when delivery is selected. Available services and pricing will be shown during checkout based on the appliances in your order.
Can you haul away my old appliance?
Yes. Appliance haul-away is available with eligible delivery orders. Current pricing and available options are shown during checkout.
Payment & Financing
Is financing available?
Yes. Financing options are available for qualifying purchases. Visit our Financing page to view current options and apply.
Warranty & Service
Do used appliances come with a warranty?
Yes. Used appliances purchased from Camden's Used Appliance Outlet include a 60-day exchange warranty.
If a covered appliance fails during the warranty period, the warranty is handled as an exchange rather than in-home repair. Please contact us so our team can explain the next steps.
Do you repair used appliances after purchase?
Used appliances purchased from Camden's Used Appliance Outlet are covered according to the exchange warranty provided with the purchase. In-home service is not included unless specifically stated.
Camden Appliance offers appliance service and repair separately for eligible appliances.
